SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL
If you have an active FlexCut subscription and a USB security key in your possession, renewing your FlexCut subscription is simple. Once your renewal order has been received, it typically takes less than one hour for the order to be fulfilled but it can take up to 4 hours for the order to be processed then fulfilled. If a renewal order is placed after business hours, the order will not be fulfilled until the following business day. Do not attempt this next step until your order has been fulfilled. After your order has been fulfilled, navigate to the FlexCut software and run an update to extend your subscription. You have successfully extended your subscription to FlexCut. Happy cutting!
